Is OIC (Sharia islam) combined with Western silence a (the?) main reason to the Oslo/Norway tragedy?

How many lives and suffering could have been saved in Oslo (and worldwide) if politicians, media and educators had been more open about what islam really stands for (i.e. the very opposite to the very foundation of the 1948 Universal Human Rights Declaration)  instead of indoctrinating people with Saudi propaganda?

The picture of islam is usually presented by referring to law abiding "ordinary" "peaceful" muslims well suited as members of a free democratic rule of law resting on the 1948 Universal Human Rights Declaration. However, a completely opposite picture of islam emerges when we look at the dirty and treacherous organization (OIC) that represents ALL the world's muslims.This organization has in effect now denied its member states' citizens their true Human Rights!

OIC's latest and so far most deadly "achievement" in UN's internal "civil war" between Human Rights and islamic Sharia

OIC Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu (from Turkey) describing the creation of the Independent Permanent Commission on Human Rights (IPCHR): “We have been acting swiftly through an open and credible process in taking concrete steps toward establishing the IPCHR.”

"Saudi" Arabia (the initiator of the Sharia based Cairo Declaration 1990 and OIC) and Iran could not agree on where the panel would be headquartered. However, Jeddah in "Saudi" Arabia (the place where OIC's headquarter already resides) was eventually decided after Ihsanoglu's persuation (?!).

And why not move the rest of the UN wreck to Mecca where non-muslims aren't even allowed. That would effectively eliminate islamophobic defenders of Human Rights from disturbing UN.
