Having a muslim father (even if not an active muslim) makes you a muslim - Mr X "president" Obama had two!

No matter what Obama's grandpa did (attending a Catholic school certainly didn't make him a non'muslim) the fact remains that as long as he hadn't been declared an apostate according to Sharia blasphemy law then he was still a muslim when Obama's father was born. The same applies to Obama Sr. and his son muslim born (apostate?) Mr X "president"! This one way evilness of islam is against the very soul of Human Rights and it's cowardice, shameful and disgusting of Obama not to openly admit and face it when thousands are murdered, raped, tortured or just bullied by other muslims around the world while he's hiding behind the walls of the White House and Google's and other media's misrepresentations! 

Blasphemy in Shariah law means insulting, denigrating or defiling anything about the Koran or Muhammad. Depending on the the type of Shariah law, the penalty can be everything from strong social condemnation, 100 lashes, long-term imprisonment or death by beheading. Muslim countries or communities, in fact all muslims in the world Ummah (OIC) have the right to establish Sharia blasphemy laws according to OIC's Cairo declaration. According to totalitarian islam, all non-believers will, in the end, either convert to islam or burn in Hell with the apostates (see Qur’an 9:, 5, 29, 123; 2: 191-193, 216, 3: 56). Allah told Muhammad (a) “O believers take not Jews and Christians as friends since they will not fail to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely (Sura 3, aya 118); (b) O Prophet! Make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites. Be harsh with them. Their ultimate abode is hell (9:73); (c) “As to those who reject the faith [islam], I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the hereafter." (3:56).

The problem with Obama's muslimhood or apostasy isn't his personal belief but islam - and everyone tries to avoid the question

Apostasy (leaving islam) is considered the worst crime in islam - no matter if it's punishable or not in a particular Sharia context or just socially (or by mobsters/jihadists doing the dirty job for the "peaceful" muslims)!

Don't let yourself be cheated by "birther" or "death penalty or not" babblers. What is at the core is islam's incompatibility with Human Rights and the US Constitution. 

 You're quite ready for the madhouse if you stubbornly continue trying to argue that OIC's Cairo declaration on islamic "human rights" (Sharia) could be reconciled with Human Rights. OIC, the world's foremost muslim organization representing 1,5 Billion muslims strongly begs to differ with you, yet you think you know better.

As the son of the Muslim father, Senator Obama was born a Muslim under Muslim law as it is universally understood. It makes no difference that, as Senator Obama has written, his father said he renounced his religion. Likewise, under Muslim law based on the Koran his mother’s Christian background is irrelevant.
Of course, as most Americans understand it, Senator Obama is not a Muslim. He chose to become a Christian, and indeed has written convincingly to explain how he arrived at his choice and how important his Christian faith is to him.
His conversion, however, was a crime in Muslim eyes; it is “irtidad” or “ridda,” usually translated from the Arabic as “apostasy,” but with connotations of rebellion and treason. Indeed, it is the worst of all crimes that a Muslim can commit, worse than murder (which the victim’s family may choose to forgive).

With few exceptions, the jurists of all Sunni and Shiite schools prescribe execution for all adults who leave the faith not under duress; the recommended punishment is beheading at the hands of a cleric, although in recent years there have been both stonings and hangings. (Some may point to cases in which lesser punishments were ordered — as with some Egyptian intellectuals who have been punished for writings that were construed as apostasy — but those were really instances of supposed heresy, not explicitly declared apostasy as in Senator Obama’s case.)

It is true that the criminal codes in most Muslim countries do not mandate execution for apostasy (although a law doing exactly that is pending before Iran’s Parliament and in two Malaysian states). For example, in Iran in 1994 the intervention of Pope John Paul II and others won a Christian convert a last-minute reprieve, but the man was abducted and killed shortly after his release. Likewise, in 2006 in Afghanistan, a Christian convert had to be declared insane to prevent his execution, and he was still forced to flee to Italy.
Because no government is likely to allow the prosecution of a President Obama — not even those of Iran and Saudi Arabia, the only two countries where Islamic religious courts dominate over secular law — another provision of Muslim law is perhaps more relevant: it prohibits punishment for any Muslim who kills any apostate, and effectively prohibits interference with such a killing.
