 is by far the most important sociological paper written in the last Century. In summary it shows that there is no connection at all between tax money invested in the welfare social state and the quality of its outcome. And how could there ever be when it's a defacto overgrown commercial company except fot that it:

   doesn't have to show results (or the results can be arbitrarily manipulated by itself)
   its parts work as authorities
   it has monopoly
   it writes, more or less, its own laws via its extensive bureaucracy and lobbying (for a horror example from Sweden of how democracy is sidestepped by bureaucracy see Pathological Synbiosis)
   its main interest is to feed itself
   it started as a dump for the spill over (women) of sex segregation (in the post-industrial automation), i.e. women (who couldn't go to the private sector) were paid to get away from their children (often to take care of children of others). As Klevius has shown in his thesis groundbreaking (but largely neglected) Pathological Symbiosis (with all the references you may ask for to really see how bad the social state is in taking care of children) this process also includes an element of feel of guilt boosted by "motherhood" psychology, i.e. that women who couldn't take care of their children because they were working started pathologizing women who did take care of their children.

Although the welfare state was born in the 1940s the social state emerged on a powerful new tax platform in Sweden in the 1970s with some roots in much earlier practices.

In Angels of Antichrist (which, so far, is the world's only serious/informed attempt to an overall interdisciplinary approach on the social state) and Pathological Symbiosis it's shown beyond reasonable doubt that there's absolutely no evidence (see e.g. Vinnerjung's comprehensive study on foster children) that the social state has contributed any good social work on the whole despite the enormous amount of money invested in it. And this is no rocket science to understand. How could a young sex segregated woman without children of her own and brainwashed for many years in courses based on all the time changing and heavily biased flimsy but fashionable non sense psychology ans sociology, possibly know anything else than khow to get the most out of it for herself? 

So when Jim Taylor, chief executive of Rochdale Borough Council, refuses to answer whether he'll get rid of those social workers who called sexually abused/raped (by muslims from Pakistan) white girls (whom the social state already had taken "care" of) and who were in their early teens, "prostitutes" "life choice" and didn't in any way react to the cries for help, then this is a pattern that has been around for long also in Swedish schools etc as Klevius has written for a decade on his sites and blogs.

Blasphemy in Shariah law means insulting, denigrating or defiling anything about the Koran or Muhammad. Depending on the the type of Shariah law, the penalty can be everything from strong social condemnation, 100 lashes, long-term imprisonment or death by beheading. Muslim countries or communities, in fact all muslims in the world Ummah (OIC) have the right to establish Sharia blasphemy laws according to OIC's Cairo declaration. According to totalitarian islam, all non-believers will, in the end, either convert to islam or burn in Hell with the apostates (see Qur’an 9:, 5, 29, 123; 2: 191-193, 216, 3: 56). Allah told Muhammad (a) “O believers take not Jews and Christians as friends since they will not fail to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely (Sura 3, aya 118); (b) O Prophet! As the son of the Muslim father, Senator Obama was born a Muslim under Muslim law as it is universally understood. It makes no difference that, as Senator Obama has written, his father said he renounced his religion. Likewise, under Muslim law based on the Koran his mother’s Christian background is irrelevant.
Of course, as most Americans understand it, Senator Obama is not a Muslim. He chose to become a Christian, and indeed has written convincingly to explain how he arrived at his choice and how important his Christian faith is to him.
His conversion, however, was a crime in Muslim eyes; it is “irtidad” or “ridda,” usually translated from the Arabic as “apostasy,” but with connotations of rebellion and treason. Indeed, it is the worst of all crimes that a Muslim can commit, worse than murder (which the victim’s family may choose to forgive).

With few exceptions, the jurists of all Sunni and Shiite schools prescribe execution for all adults who leave the faith not under duress; the recommended punishment is beheading at the hands of a cleric, although in recent years there have been both stonings and hangings. Officials declined to name the hospital.

The World Health Organisation issued a global alert on Sunday saying a new virus had infected the 49-year-oldQatari man who had recently travelled to Saudi Arabia - where another man with a 95% identical virus had already died.

Madam President The reports on Somalia [A/HRC/21/36] and Northern Mali [A/HRC/21/64] highlight a far wider problem that we are also witnessing in Libya, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia: the excesses of those dedicated to violent, extremist interpretations of Islam. The destruction of Sufi shrines and the imposition of strict sharia in northern Mali; the targeted killings already this year of more than 400 Shia Muslims in Pakistan, and the appalling use of blasphemy laws in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan to silence, imprison and incite violence against those of different faiths, are all symptoms of this disease. When and how did the religion of peace become transformed in to a religion of violence and extremism? (Klevius answer: At its origin!) Well, Madam President, we don't have very far to look. For more than 30 years, Wahabi and Salafi Islam have been promoted and funded by Saudi Arabia, a Member State of this Council. Can the failure of the OIC to effectively tackle this problem possibly be related to the fact that the OIC itself receives substantial funding from the same source?

Madam President, extremism and violence carried out in the name of Islam are doing more than any actions of the West to fan the flames of hatred against Islam. Since 1979 the benign faith of our grandparents has been hijacked by politicians, governments and well-funded militias to promote extremism, violence and terror. So the key question for the OIC is this: Will they continue to bleat about Islamophobia in the West whilst ignoring Islamic extremism at home, or is it too much to hope that they will finally decide that enough is enough, and take positive steps to tackle the problem at its source?

The origin of islam - and a continuing desperate history falsification because of its evilness

Sadly 99.99% of what you see on the web about the origin of islam is hoax, i.e. based on revisionist texts written by muslim "scholars" long after the alleged Mohammed died. What is left when you remove this hoax is a gaping black historical hole, and the only way to make sense of it is to study its "Schwarzschild radius", i.e. what surrounded it. 

Not everyone has Klevius overview of historical research on the origin of islam, yet almost everyone understands the basics of economy, power, sex etc. However, the majority of islam researchers (and in this group Klevius doesn't qualify any muslim or researcher who uses muslim "belief-texts" - you wouldn't trust a believer in ghosts to research the origin of the belief in ghosts, would you) don't bother putting islam in a context that makes sense , but rather use a microscopic approach (finding something that could be "something" that fits "something") spiced with "sensitivities", politics or just simple academic tunnel vision.

Islam, i.e the historical phenomenon, was rooted in an eastern Jewish-Christian schism. Petra Sijpesteijn is just one example of how islam supports academics with the right attitude.

The study of Arabic papyri is in its infancy.  As far as the work done so far is concerned, the Muslim faithful can set their minds at ease: Dr Sijpesteijn says the texts largely confirm the official Islamic version of events.

Klevius comment: Sorry but we haven't seen anything so far supporting islamic teachings! And believe you me, we wont no matter how many papyri she studies, simply because there were no Arabic papyri around at the crucial time period!

Radio Netherlands: Dr Sijpesteijn distances herself (and got awarded for it) from the small group (sic) of polemical (sic) colleagues, known as the ‘revisionists’ (known by whom?),  who assert that the Prophet Muhammad probably did not exista (to say this fact based on what we know apparently qualify as "polemical revisionism") . They say the Arabic conquerors were actually a disorganised horde of Bedouins who gained control of half the known world more or less by chance. Islam is said to have been dreamt up 200 years later in Iraq.

Klevius comment: The "disorganised horde of Bedouins" was led by very organized Jewish-Christians under the banner of MHMD(s?).

Radio Netherlands: Dr Sijpesteijn says for example that, shortly after Muhammad’s death, there is already mention of a pilgrimage and a tax. She has also come across a papyrus text written around 725 which names both the prophet and Islam.

Klevius comment: Really! Pilgrimage and tax were old inventions and 725 was almost hundred years after the alleged death of Mohammed!?

Radio Netherlands: Even so, her discoveries form a potential threat to the image some modern Muslims have of their history. The papyri contradict the belief held by many of today’s Muslims that Muhammad delivered Islam as a sort of ready-made package. “It looks as though Islam in its first centuries developed a form gradually. There was an awful lot of discussion about precisely what it meant to be a Muslim.”

Klevius comment: There was no original Muhammed in any meaningful sense comparable to the one presented in later islamic fairy tales.



Sijpesteijn also refers to sources (where/what are they?!) from the time of Muhammad (sic) or shortly afterwards, both islamic (sic) and non-islamic.  “In the writings of 12 years after the death of Muhammad, Muslims are referred to as a separate religious group, first using the term muhajiroun, migrants who had left hearth and home.

Klevius comment: Look up 'muhajiroun' on Google and you will find some true muslims and that they are banned! As to Sijpesteijn's "evidence" it may be noted that they are hard to find and that she doesn't seem to be interested in spreading more information about them. She herself seems to have written not a single published book as yet, only a few articles.

Why criticizing islam?

Bachner: Despite the massive amount of documented evidence to back up what you say, you have certainly become one of the most vilified, and lied about, public figures on the American political scene. How do you deal with the threats against your safety, and the constant, often distasteful insults? How do you manage to continue on day after day, in what is a very difficult struggle, against a formidable and implacable opponent?

Pamela Geller: I know that I am telling the truth. I fight for a vision of a beautiful society. I fight for art, for music, and for love — all the things that make life beautiful and that authoritarian systems deny. I fight for individual rights. I know that is right. And that sustains me.

Wolff Bachner: Granted that many Americans are just not interested in taking the time to become educated about the world of politics and religion, but one would think that after 9/11, more Americans would want to learn all they could about Islam, and the ideology that led to the destruction of the World Trade Center. Why do you think so many Americans are turning a blind eye to the truth about Islam? Why are they so resistant to your message, and so quick to call you an Islamophobe?

Pamela Geller: They turn a blind eye because the media tells them to. They’ve been constantly lied to for eleven years now — that Islam is a Religion of Peace and that anyone who says otherwise is a racistislamophobicantimuslimbigot. They’re constantly admonished that “Islamophobia” is a big problem, when actually Jews are victims of hate crimes eight times more often than Muslims are. Of course they turn a blind eye.

Wolff Bachner: You have been quoted as saying, “I have no problem with Islam. I have a problem with political Islam?” In view of all the recent violence, and the resurgence of calls for the establishment of the caliphate, do you still stand behind the statement?

Pamela Geller: What I meant was that I don’t mind if people want to pray to Allah five times a day and read the Qur’an, as long as they leave the political and supremacist aspects of Islam out of this country. I don’t care if you worship a stone, just don’t stone me with it.

Wolff Bachner: How do respond to those who say that you shouldn’t criticize the Qur’an for it’s violence, because similar violence is also found in the Old Testament and New Testament?

Pamela Geller: There is actually not similar violence in the Old or New Testaments. Only the Qur’an contains calls for all believers to make war upon and subjugate all unbelievers. And all the sects and schools of Islamic law teach that. There are Islamic jihadis worldwide quoting chapter and verse to justify their actions. Where are the Jewish and Christian terrorists quoting their Scriptures while cutting throats? Where are people killing in the name of HaShem, or shouting “Jesus akbar” and blowing themselves up?

Wolff Bachner: You have been rather outspoken about the failings of many of America’s political leaders in their dealings with Islamic tyrants in the Middle East, and what some describe as their willful ignorance of the threat of Islamic supremacy. You have not been shy about criticizing President Obama. You have said that Obama is appeasing Islamic extremists, empowering the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and throwing Israel under the bus. Are you of the opinion that there are powerful political figures who are working actively to empower Islam and Sharia in America? Are we being betrayed, or are we being sacrificed on the multi-cultural altar of political correctness? How much damage do you think Obama has done to America, and the free world, with his policy of embracing Islamists, and pressuring long standing American allies? Pamela Geller: I don’t see this as an either/or. We are being betrayed by those who are sacrificing our national security to political correctness. Obama has done incalculable damage. Wolff Bachner: You have expressed great concern about CAIR, The Islamic Society Of North America, The Muslim Students Association, The Islamic Supreme Council Of North America, and other organizations that are very vocal supporters of Islam in America. You have singled out CAIR as one of the most subversive organizations in our country, and you have expressed outrage at the Muslim Student Associations campaign of Jew hate, and their constant assault on Israel’s right to exist as the Nation of the Jewish people. Why is The Muslim Student Association able to attract so many young, non-Muslim Americans to its incessant message of hatred for Israel? Do you feel these groups have an actual plan in place to undermine the Constitution of the United States, and eventually install Sharia in America?

Pamela Geller: They lie to non-Muslim students and give them false accounts of trumped-up Israeli atrocities. That’s how they turn their heads. And yes, they have a plan to undermine the Constitution — the Muslim Brotherhood itself, according to a captured internal document, said that its work in America was “a kind of grand jihad” aimed at “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within, and sabotaging its miserable house.”

Wolff Bachner: Why do so many of our leaders, and our elected officials tolerate, and even work with, subversive organizations that wish to destroy our way of life?

Pamela Geller: Our leaders are so cowed by Muslim Brotherhood groups’ charging that any and all of their opponents are all racists and bigots that they give the Brotherhood groups whatever they want.

Wolff Bachner: The conflict between Islam and the Jewish people has been going on for 1400 years, ever since the Jews of Medina rejected Muhammad and refused to consider him as the Messiah. The Qur’an has many verses that express hatred of the Jewish people, yet we are led to believe that the entire situation in the Middle East could be resolved if Israel would just give more land to the Palestinians. Is the dispute between Israel and the Arab world really just about land, or is it because the Islamic world will never tolerate a free, independent Jewish nation in their midst?

Pamela Geller: Islamic law forbids non-Muslims to hold authority over Muslims on land that belongs (they believe) to the Muslims. Thus they will never, ever accept a Jewish state in the Middle East.

Obama has demanded Israel return to indefensible “Auschwitz” borders

Wolff Bachner: When he was campaigning for the White House in 2008, Obama said he was a strong supporter of Israel and that Jerusalem was the undivided capital of Israel. Since he became President, Obama has demanded Israel return to what her leaders call indefensible “Auschwitz” borders, as the basis for negotiations between Israel and Palestinian leaders. He still hasn’t moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv, and members of his administration have publicly declined to acknowledge Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. On Tuesday, the relationship between Israel and The United States reached a new low. President Obama refused to meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu when the Israeli leader visits the U.S. at the end of September. Are the American people being subtly prepared for the abandonment of Israel by the Obama Administration? If Obama is re-elected, how bad will things get for Israel? Can you conceive of Obama voting in favor of The United Nations Security Council unilaterally creating a Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital, if he gets a second term?

Pamela Geller: Obama is hardly being subtle about abandoning Israel — anyone who can’t see that is willfully blind to an astonishing degree. If Obama is reelected, I can see Obama betraying Israel openly in all the ways you suggest and more.

Why are so many people unwilling to acknowledge the elephant in the room, despite mountains of evidence?

Wolff Bachner: In the Middle East, and other countries that have Muslim majorities, non-Muslims are often brutally oppressed. A Christian pastor was finally released after being held on death row in Iran since 2009, for refusing to convert to Islam. Last month, we saw an 11 year old girl with Downs Syndrome imprisoned, and charged with blasphemy in Pakistan. In Egypt, 10 million Coptic Christians are living in fear for their lives, and in Nigeria, Boko Haram has openly said that they will not stop killing Christians until there are no more Christians left in Nigeria and the country is an Islamic state. Yet, if you speak out about any of these horrible examples of oppression, and terror, you are slandered and called Islamophobic. Why are so many people unwilling to acknowledge the elephant in the room, despite mountains of evidence the lives of non-Muslims are in jeopardy in many parts of the Muslim world? Is it fear, abject dishonesty, or total ignorance that allows so many Americans to have such an unrealistic picture of Islam?

Pamela Geller: Here again, the media is lying to them. So the media is dishonest, and their audiences are ignorant.

Wolff Bachner: We hear people talk all the time about moderate Muslims, and how they should not be lumped together, and discriminated against, because of the crimes of a few crazy terrorists who are misrepresenting Islam. But it isn’t the suicide bombers, and a handful of lunatics, who are speaking the loudest in favor of Islamic supremacy, and the destruction of non-Muslims societies. It is the Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia, the highest authority in all of Islam, who is saying that all the churches in the Arabian Peninsula must be destroyed. It is the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamic group that now rules Egypt, who is calling for “a rightly guided caliphate and finally mastership of the world.” It is one ranking Islamic cleric after the other, including Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of Iran, calling for the destruction of Israel, and the total genocide of the Jewish people. These are not fringe characters or mad men in caves, like Bin Ladin and Mullah Omar. These are leaders of the Islamic world, and according to the doctrine set down in the Holy Qur’an, they speak with authority over every Muslim on earth. We are told that it is only a tiny fraction of Muslims who support these insane ambitions. Here in America, when was the last time 500,000 or 50,000 or 5,000, or even 500 Muslims, marched against Jihad, in support of gay rights, in support of women’s rights, or in support of Israel’s right to exist? Is it really unfair to say that silence in the face of tyranny is acceptance of tyranny?

Pamela Geller: 11 years after 9/11, and there is still no large-scale movement of Muslims against Islamic supremacism and jihad. That is telling.

Notice that Perez would not answer Franks’ question about whether Perez would unequivocally state that there would be no attempt by the Obama administration to criminalize speech against any religion.

According to CBS: Wanis al-Sharef, a Libyan Interior Ministry official in Benghazi, members of the Libyan security team seem to have indicated to the attackers the building to which the American officials had been relocated, and that building then came under attack.

Wanis al-Sharef said there had been threats that Islamic militants might try to take revenge for the death of al Qaeda's No. 2 commander Abu Yahya al-Libi, who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Pakistan in June, and he said the U.S. consulate should have been better protected. Confirming al-Libi's death for the first time in a video posted online Monday, al Qaeda chief Ayman Al-Zawahri called on Muslims in al-Libi's native Libya to take revenge for his death. U.S. officials believe the militants were using the demonstration against the video as a cover to get into the consulate and then take as much revenge as they could on Americans, Martin reports. "Absolutely it's a terrorist attack," Rogers told Jackson. "This was not done by the Libyan government. It was done by an external group we believe has at least extremist ties, maybe al Qaeda ties, and the style and the signature of the attack clearly would be something that we have seen before and would be in line with something al Qaeda would do."

Wisam’s words translated are:

    We have moved to review with Mr. Rifai all the legal procedures today by which we created The Voice of Wisdom Coalition (I’itilaf Sawt al-Hekma); it will hold accountable everyone who insults Islam locally and internationally, in accordance with every country’s laws. We all know the problems Yasser Al-Habib had in London and after that in Berlin… in Germany, an extremist group was allowed to publicize cartoons that insult the prophet in front of the Salafist Mosque in Berlin, through a legal decision. So what we did was to ask Sharabi Mahmoud to reject this legal decision on behalf of the Egyptian people who are Muslim; for this reason, we created this coalition. We also made an official request from the Church in Egypt to issue a public announcement, to state it has nothing to do with this deed.

Then you have the official statements from the Nour Salafist party, which announces an official partnering with this call.

It had no reference to the current movie, which means that they simply searched for anything to use as an excuse. They could find nothing major except a satirical video.

Of course, you have daily satires in the United States about Muhammad that technically should be considered far worse.

This demonstration was about one thing – creating havoc to apply pressure that would lead to a change in Egyptian Constitution

    Salafi Nour Party officially joined the Commonwealth of ‘voice of wisdom’ with Wisam Abdul Waris, as well as with Nader Bakkar, the party’s official spokesman and Dr. Ahmed Khalil Khairallah, member of the supreme body.

Said Bakkar:

    Ahmed Khalil of the supreme body and I joined the Association of the voice of wisdom with Dr. Wisam Abdul Waris as official representatives from Nour Party and the Salafist call.

Bakkar then added that the association…

    …aims for legal prosecution for anyone of harm to Islam at home and abroad.

Bakkar said the following in remarks on his personal facebook page:

    …after the movie that abused the Prophet (peace be upon him), none will dare object to our determination to put an article in the constitution that criminalizes insults of the divine through portrayal or animation of the prophet, His companions, and all His House and mothers of the believers… this is the least we can do.”

In other words, the persistence of Muslims in the past to pass legislation, both internationally and locally, is the reason why they orchestrated this demonstration in which an American was killed in Libya.

How the Libyan Muslims were also able to wreak havoc through community organizing-style agitation is the next part of my investigation.

With video of Egyptians removing the American flag while carrying the black al-Qaeda flags reminding Americans “we are all al-Qaeda” and on 9/11 inside the Embassy compound is a clear message to remind Americans that 9/11 is not over.

ARTICLE 25: The Islamic Shari'ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration. Meaning that a muslim community, dictator, state or the Ummah, uses its particular interpretation of Sharia, just like ordinary secular states but very unlike Human Rights.

Moreover, the islamic "guiding principles" include some basic violations of Human Rights that are so intimately connected to islam's evil kernel that they cannot ever be disconnected without deleting islam itself! Among these are, for example, sex apartheid, apostasy ban, infidel racism, blasphemy laws ("blasphemy" is everything that is against Sharia) etc etc.

THE CAIRO DECLARATION ON HUMAN RIGHTS IN ISLAM


The Member States of the Organization of the Islamic Conference,

Reaffirming the civilizing and historical role of the Islamic Ummah which God made the best nation that has given mankind a universal and well-balanced civilization in which harmony is established between this life and the hereafter and knowledge is combined with faith; and the role that this Ummah should play to guide a humanity confused by competing trends and ideologies and to provide solutions to the chronic problems of this materialistic civilization.

Wishing to contribute to the efforts of mankind to assert human rights, to protect man from exploitation and persecution, and to affirm his freedom and right to a dignified life in accordance with the Islamic Shari'ah

Convinced that mankind which has reached an advanced stage in materialistic science is still, and shall remain, in dire need of faith to support its civilization and of a self motivating force to guard its rights;

Believing that fundamental rights and universal freedoms in Islam are an integral part of the Islamic religion and that no one as a matter of principle has the right to suspend them in whole or in part or violate or ignore them in as much as they are binding divine commandments, which are contained in the Revealed Books of God and were sent through the last of His Prophets to complete the preceding divine messages thereby making their observance an act of worship and their neglect or violation an abominable sin, and accordingly every person is individually responsible - and the Ummah collectively responsible - for their safeguard.

Proceeding from the above-mentioned principles,

Declare the following:

ARTICLE I:

(a) All human beings form one family whose members are united by submission to God and descent from Adam. All men are equal in terms of basic human dignity and basic obligations and responsibilities, without any discrimination on the grounds of race, color, language, sex, religious belief, political affiliation, social status or other considerations. True faith is the guarantee for enhancing such dignity along the path to human perfection.

(b)All human beings are God's subjects, and the most loved by Him are those who are most useful to the rest of His subjects, and no one has superiority over another except on the basis of piety and good deeds.


ARTICLE 2:

(a) Life is a God-given gift and the right to life is guaranteed to every human being. It is the duty of individuals, societies and states to protect this right from any violation, and it is prohibited to take away life except for a Shari'ah prescribed reason.

(b) It is forbidden to resort to such means as may result in the genocidal annihilation of mankind.

(c) The preservation of human life throughout the term of time willed by God is a duty prescribed by Shari'ah

(d) Safety from bodily harm is a guaranteed right. It is the duty of the state to safeguard it, and it is prohibited to breach it without a Sharia-prescribed reason.

ARTICLE 3:

(a) In the event of the use of force and in case of armed conflict, it is not permissible to kill non-belligerents such as old man, women and children. The wounded and the sick shall have the right to medical treatment; and prisoners of war shall have the right to be fed, sheltered and clothed. It is prohibited to mutilate dead bodies. It is a duty to exchange prisoners of war and to arrange visits or reunions of the families separated by the circumstances of war.

(b) It is prohibited to fell trees, to damage crops or livestock, and to destroy the enemy's civilian buildings and installations by shelling, blasting or any other means.

ARTICLE 4:

Every human being is entitled to inviolability and the protection of his good name and honor during his life and after his death. The state and society shall protect his remains and burial place.

ARTICLE 5:

(a) The family is the foundation of society, and marriage is the basis of its formation. Men and women have the right to marriage, and no restrictions stemming from race, color or nationality shall prevent them from enjoying this right.

(b) Society and the State shall remove all obstacles to marriage and shall facilitate marital procedure. They shall ensure family protection and welfare.

ARTICLE 6:

(a) Woman is equal to man in human dignity, and has rights to enjoy as well as duties to perform; she has her own civil entity and financial independence, and the right to retain her name and lineage.

(b) The husband is responsible for the support and welfare of the family.

ARTICLE 7:

(a) As of the moment of birth, every child has rights due from the parents, society and the state to be accorded proper nursing, education and material, hygienic and moral care. Both the fetus and the mother must be protected and accorded special care.

(b) Parents and those in such like capacity have the right to choose the type of education they desire for their children, provided they take into consideration the interest and future of the children in accordance with ethical values and the principles of the Shari'ah

(c) Both parents are entitled to certain rights from their children, and relatives are entitled to rights from their kin, in accordance with the tenets of the Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 8:
 

Every human being has the right to enjoy his legal capacity in terms of both obligation and commitment, should this capacity be lost or impaired, he shall be represented by his guardian.

ARTICLE 9:

(a) The question for knowledge is an obligation and the provision of education is a duty for society and the State. The State shall ensure the availability of ways and means to acquire education and shall guarantee educational diversity in the interest of society so as to enable man to be acquainted with the religion of Islam and the facts of the Universe for the benefit of mankind.

(b) Every human being has the right to receive both religious and worldly education from the various institutions of, education and guidance, including the family, the school, the university, the media, etc., and in such an integrated and balanced manner as to develop his personality, strengthen his faith in God and promote his respect for and defense of both rights and obligations.

ARTICLE 10:

Islam is the religion of unspoiled nature. It is prohibited to exercise any form of compulsion on man or to exploit his poverty or ignorance in order to convert him to another religion or to atheism.

ARTICLE 11:

(a) Human beings are born free, and no one has the right to enslave, humiliate, oppress or exploit them, and there can be no subjugation but to God the Most-High.

(b) Colonialism of all types being one of the most evil forms of enslavement is totally prohibited. Peoples suffering from colonialism have the full right to freedom and self-determination. It is the duty of all States and peoples to support the struggle of colonized peoples for the liquidation of all forms of colonialism and occupation, and all States and peoples have the right to preserve their independent identity and exercise control over their wealth and natural resources.

ARTICLE 12:

Every man shall have the right, within the framework of Shari'ah, to free movement and to select his place of residence whether inside or outside his country and if persecuted, is entitled to seek asylum in another country. The country of refuge shall ensure his protection until he reaches safety, unless asylum is motivated by an act which Shari'ah regards as a crime.

ARTICLE 13:

Work is a right guaranteed by the State and Society for each person able to work. Everyone shall be free to choose the work that suits him best and which serves his interests and those of society. The employee shall have the right to safety and security as well as to all other social guarantees. He may neither be assigned work beyond his capacity nor be subjected to compulsion or exploited or harmed in any way. He shall be entitled - without any discrimination between males and females - to fair wages for his work without delay, as well as to the holidays allowances and promotions which he deserves. For his part, he shall be required to be dedicated and meticulous in his work. Should workers and employers disagree on any matter, the State shall intervene to settle the dispute and have the grievances redressed, the rights confirmed and justice enforced without bias.

ARTICLE 14:

Everyone shall have the right to legitimate gains without monopolization, deceit or harm to oneself or to others. Usury (riba) is absolutely prohibited.

ARTICLE 15

(a) Everyone shall have the right to own property acquired in a legitimate way, and shall be entitled to the rights of ownership, without prejudice to oneself, others or to society in general. Expropriation is not permissible except for the requirements of public interest and upon payment of immediate and fair compensation.

(b) Confiscation and seizure of property is prohibited except for a necessity dictated by law.

ARTICLE 16:

Everyone shall have the right to enjoy the fruits of his scientific, literary, artistic or technical production and the right to protect the moral and material interests stemming therefrom, provided that such production is not contrary to the principles of Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 17:

(a) Everyone shall have the right to live in a clean environment, away from vice and moral corruption, an environment that would foster his self-development and it is incumbent upon the State and society in general to afford that right.

(b) Everyone shall have the right to medical and social care, and to all public amenities provided by society and the State within the limits of their available resources.

(c) The State shall ensure the right of the individual to a decent living which will enable him to meet all is requirements and those of his dependents, including food, clothing, housing, education , medical care and all other basic needs.

ARTICLE 18:

(a) Everyone shall have the right to live in security for himself, his religion, his dependents, his honor and his property.

(b) Everyone shall have the right to privacy in the conduct of his private affairs, in his home, among his family, with regard to his property and his relationships. It is not permitted to spy on him, to place him under surveillance or to besmirch his good name. The State shall protect him from arbitrary interference.

(c) A private residence is inviolable in all cases. It will not be entered without permission from its inhabitants or in any unlawful manner, nor shall it be demolished or confiscated and its dwellers evicted.

ARTICLE 19:

(a) All individuals are equal before the law, without distinction between the ruler and the ruled.

(b) The right to resort to justice is guaranteed to everyone.

(c) Liability is in essence personal.

(d) There shall be no crime or punishment except as provided for in the Shari'ah

(e) A defendant is innocent until his guilt is proven in a fair trial in which he shall be given all the guarantees of defence.

ARTICLE 20:

It is not permitted without legitimate reason to arrest an individual, or restrict his freedom, to exile or to punish him. It is not permitted to subject him to physical or psychological torture or to any form of humiliation, cruelty or indignity. Nor is it permitted to subject an individual to medical or scientific experimentation without his consent or at the risk of his health or of his life. Nor is it permitted to promulgate emergency laws that would provide executive authority for such actions.

ARTICLE 21:

Taking hostages under any form or for any purpose is expressly forbidden.

ARTICLE 22:

(a) Everyone shall have the right to express his opinion freely in such manner as would not be contrary to the principles of the Shari'ah.

(b) Everyone shall have the right to advocate what is right, and propagate what is good, and warn against what is wrong and evil according to the norms of Islamic Shari'ah

(c) Information is a vital necessity to society. It may not be exploited or misused in such a way as may violate sanctities and the dignity of Prophets, undermine moral and ethical values or disintegrate, corrupt or harm society or weaken its faith.

(d) It is not permitted to arouse nationalistic or doctrinal hatred or to do anything that may be an incitement to any form or racial discrimination.

ARTICLE 23:

(a) Authority is a trust; and abuse or malicious exploitation thereof is absolutely prohibited, so that fundamental human rights may be guaranteed.

(b) Everyone shall have the right to participate, directly or indirectly in the administration of his country's public affairs. He shall also have the right to assume public office in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 24:

All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the Islamic Shari'ah.

ARTICLE 25:

The Islamic Shari'ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration.

Tariq Ramadan: "There's no unity in islam". Peter Klevius: Yes, there is, islamofascism!

Tariq Ramadan (“professor”* at Oxford University): “In islam there's no unity”.

* in Klevius vocabulary a professor needs to be an expert in science (i.e. logic). Tariq Ramadan has effectively eliminated that possibility by running in a circle between an unknown supernatural being called "Allah" and "islamic fairy tale studies" based on this bedrock of absolute ignorance.

Klevius comment: Really! You can't be unaware of OIC, the muslim Ummah led by its Fuhrer Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and its unity in violating Human Rights by replacing them with Sharia! Klevius comment: Sounds Talibanic enough to me. What about you?

Tariq Ramadan: "I have often been accused of this 'double discourse', and to those who say it, I say – bring the evidence. I am quite clear in what I say.

Klevius comment: Well, that statement really proved his double discourse, didn't it. However, and more importantly, this double discourse is also the very soul of islamic illogic. And quite understandable when considering the enormous moral deficiency islam has built up due to its origin as an ideology for violent parasitism, be it in the form of direct looting or Sharia.

In a book published by Encounter Books, Caroline Fourest analysed Tariq Ramadan's 15 books, 1,500 pages of interviews, and approximately 100 recordings, and concludes "Ramadan is a war leader," and the "political heir of his grandfather," Hassan al-Banna, stating that his discourse is, "often just a repetition of the discourse that Banna had at the beginning of the 20th century in Egypt," and that he "presents [al-Banna] as a model to be followed." She argues that "Tariq Ramadan is slippery. He says one thing to his faithful Muslim followers and something else entirely to his Western audience. His choice of words, the formulations he uses – even his tone of voice – vary, chameleon-like, according to his audience." Tariq Ramadan responded that Caroline Fourest's book was filled with inaccuracies and untruths, a few of which she later acknowledged on her blog. Olivier Guitta, writing in The Weekly Standard, welcomed the U.S. decision to refuse Ramadan a visa, based on Ramadan's supposed links to terrorist organizations and claiming that his father was the likely author of "'The Project'... a roadmap for installing Islamic regimes in the West by propaganda, preaching, and if necessary war." He further claimed that the former head of the French antiracism organization SOS Racisme, "Malek Boutih told Ramadan after talking with him at length: ‘Mr. Ramadan, you are a fascist.’" In an interview with Europe 1 Boutih likened him to "a small Le Pen[disambiguation needed]"; in another interview he accused him of having crossed the line of racism and anti-Semitism, thus not genuinely belonging to the alter-globalization movement. Similarly, self-described conservative Daniel Pipes concurred with the revocation of Ramadan's visa on grounds of Ramadan's alleged ties with Islamic extremism. After the lifting of the visa revocation, an article in the National Review criticized the double standard of lifting the visa restriction on Ramadan, but not for Issam Abu Issa who was banned by the Bush Administration for being a whistleblower against the Palestinian Authority's corruption. Bertrand Delanoë, Socialist mayor of Paris, declared Ramadan unfit to participate at the European Social Forum, as not even "a slight suspicion of anti-Semitism" would be tolerable. Talking to the Paris weekly Marianne, Fadela Amara, president of Ni Putes Ni Soumises (Neither Whores Nor Submissive, a French feminist movement), Aurélie Filippetti, municipal counsellor for The Greens in Paris, Patrick Klugman, leading member of the Conseil Représentatif des Institutions juives de France and Dominique Sopo, head of SOS-Racisme accuse Ramadan of having misused the alter-globalization movement's ingenuousness to advance his "radicalism and anti-Semitism." Similarly, an article in the online publication of Alliance for Workers' Liberty published 40 reasons why Ramadan was a reactionary, criticizing views on Islamic extremism, women's rights and anti-Semitism. Egyptian intellectual Tarek Heggy has also charged Ramadan with saying different things to different audiences. Other criticisms have included claims that that an essay attacking French intellectuals was anti-semitic and that he has shown excessive generosity in his rationalization of the motives behind acts of terrorism, such as in the case of [Mohammed Merah] .

To win over muslim born apostate(?!) Mr X "president" Barry Barakeh Hussain Mohammad Obama Soetoro Dunham (or whatever) Mitt Romney needs only to address the following questions:

1 Apostasy (i.e. a born muslim leaving islam), the biggest crime in islam

2 Sharia, i.e. that Obama supports OIC's Sharia which violates Human Rights

3 Blasphemy laws, i.e. OIC's criminalization of scrutiny/criticism of islam

The very fact that the only challenger would address these questions which media try to silence, would result in them being put on the agenda and visible also for the majority of ignorant voters. I.e. not Romney's possible qualities (if he has any) but Obama's marriage with islamofascism could alter an otherwise crystal clear victory for the sitting "president".

According to Los Angeles Times headline, Muhammad Khalid Chishti was accused for "framing". Well, that's quite far from the truth!

 Klevius: The muslim Cleric wasn't accused of framing a Christian girl. He was accused of blasphemy against islam (the worst crime ever against humanity)!

Why is it that every evil deed originating in islam is "interpreted/transformed" into something else that looks less bad for evil islam?

A muslim Pakistani cleric, Muhammad Khalid Chishti, was detained on suspicion that he had teared out pages from the Koran. That these pages then were put into Ms. Masih’s bag was irrelevant although the police, probably in a kind pr gesture to foreign reporters, said that it was possible that other charges could follow.

Evil ideologies need evil protection and evil leaders - and to be supported by ignorance

Islam is a disastrous ideology, even worse than National-socialism (popularly called Nazism for the purpose of trying to make a socialist party  with a bad reputation "right-wing") because islam doesn't stop by the nation but wants to be totalitarian.

And precisely because of islam's enormous evilness (that the "negative" freedom part of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights so effectively has revealed) it needs every means to protect itself from criticism. This task is now in the hands of the Hitler of our time, OIC's Fuhrer (or Caliph as he himself has said he wants to be called) Egyptian born Turk, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu. He's one of the world's most eager proponents for blasphemy laws under Sharia, which he then presents in the West under the title "islamophobia".

How long will the World tolerate this evil islam hoax?

Russell D. Moore: If a Christian majority existed in a country, with the will to enforce all the laws it could, would this country be justified in outlawing Islam or atheism or Wicca? Why not? Fundamentally, this is because blasphemy laws and other uses of state power to enforce religious belief or worship are themselves a repudiation of the beliefs themselves. A religion that needs state power to enforce obedience to its beliefs is a religion that has lost confidence in the power of its Deity.


Klevius comment: Apart from the fact that islam isn't a "religion" in any meaningful sense it's all about state power in the form of the muslim state called Umma and led by the oil fueled Saudi/OIC network. The utterly dumb strategy to excuse medieval fascism in our time on the grounds that it needs time to mature into a modern civilized world should be replaced by the speeding up of the process by addressing islam's deep incompatibility with the basics of Human Rights (an incompatibility that islamofascist OIC and its Fuhrer Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu readily have admitted by replacing Human Rights with Sharia in UN and elsewhere).
