Muddy Debate on Races and Human Diversity

Sub-Saharan IQ averaging 70, genetic inferiority, eugenics etc etc in a review on

While races and sexes are intermingling more than ever before, the debate seems to go the opposite road back to the "pure races and sexes" in the 1930's!
