To understand this phenomenon it is necessary to go into the origins and development of the Islamic system of slavery. But the Wall Street Journal of January 28, 2012 reported that these records -- 1,280 pages of them -- are already publicly available on-line. Although Speaker Gingrich decided not to take on the task of fighting the charge from his political enemies in 1997, the Internal Revenue Service conducted its own investigation which, two years later, exonerated Gingrich from the charges. His resignation was not due to those charges and occurred much later.

Do the Romney camp and the Republican establishment not know this, a dozen years later? Or are they far less concerned with whether the charges will stand up than they are about smearing Gingrich on the eve of the Florida primaries?

There are also charges made about what Congressman Gingrich said about Ronald Reagan on March 21, 1986. But this too is a matter of public record, since his remarks are available in the Congressional Record of that date, so it is remarkable that there should be any controversy about it at this late date.

On that date, Gingrich praised Reagan's grasp of the foreign policy issues of the day but later questioned whether the way the actual policies of the Reagan administration were being carried out was likely to succeed. Gingrich was not alone in making this point which such conservative stalwarts as George Will, Charles Krauthammer and others made at the time.

Paving the way to exonerate Islam of any wrong doing, e.g. Maj Nidal Malik Hasan’s jihadist directed murder of 13 U.S. service personnel at Ft. Hood characterized as 'workplace violence’? Didn’t he eliminate traditional National Day of Prayer, yet throws a lavish dinner marking the end of Ramadan in our White House?

1. Tony Rezko, a convicted political fundraiser. Senator Clinton called him “slum landlord”. He was an activist who raised money for both U.S. political parties. "Would God allow Barack to be president of a country that has been so racist, so evil in its treatment of Hispanics, Native Americans, and Blacks? Would God do something like that? Yeah. Of course he would." William Ayers was part of the "domestic terrorist group" and a former leader of the Weather Underground. Ayers and Mr. Obama were members of the board of an anti-poverty group, the Woods Fund of Chicago, between 1999 and 2002. Moreover, Ayers contributed money to Obama's re-election fund to the Illinois State Senate in April 2001, as reported in State Board of Elections

6. Rashid Khalidi is an Arab-American historian. Khalidi, like Ayers, held a fundraiser for Obama at his home. A New York Sun editorial criticized Khalidi for stating that there is a legal right under international law for Palestinians to resist Israeli occupation. LA Times reported, "In 2000, the Khalidis held a fundraiser for Obama's unsuccessful congressional bid. The next year, a social service group whose board was headed by Mona Khalidi received a $40,000 grant from a local charity, the Woods Fund of Chicago, when Obama served on the fund's board of directors"
7. Father Michael Pfleger is a controversial Roman Catholic priest, a pastor of St. Sabiana Church in Chicago, the largest African-American Catholic Church. "He gave Obama's campaign $1,500 between 1995 and 2001, including $200 in April 2001, about three months after Obama announced $225,000 in grants to St. Sabina programs"

A tale about a confused Jewish rabbi shooting himself in the foot while thinking he defends himself! But what's of interest here is how much he contributes to the suffering of others?

Rabbi Bruce Warshal Florida Jewish Journal: An American court can enforce a foreign judgment if it feels that it is compatible with American standards of fairness and procedural legitimacy. An example: An Israeli couple living in America can enforce a divorce decree from a religious court in Israel based on Jewish law or a Saudi couple can enforce a divorce decree from a religious court in Saudi Arabia based on Sharia law — if, and this is a most important if, the court decides that either divorce decree is reasonable based on American legal standards.
Another way that Sharia law legitimately can be implemented in American courts is through the use of arbitration. Arbitration is often used in business disputes to avoid expensive and time-consuming court litigation. Both parties agree to be bound by the arbitrator's decision and such decisions can be enforced by a court of law. Two Muslims can decide to use a court that applies Sharia business standards and its decision would be enforceable under the American legal system. There is nothing sinister here. It's their business dispute and it's their American right to decide it as they wish.

"3. Killing prophets: [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'They went on rejecting the signs of Allah and slaying His prophets without just cause. This is because they rebelled and went on transgressing' [Koran 2:61].

"4. Lying, spreading rumors and distorting [truths]: They are the people of lies, which are [all] they listen to, and they are the masters of falsifying and distorting the truth. Not even the prophecy of Allah escapes their distortion, and their Torah proves it. [Allah], may He be exalted, said: 'The Jews (are) men who will listen to any lie and listen even to others who have never so much as come to you. They change the words from their (right) times and places' [Koran 5:41].

"5. Deception and misleading: [Allah,] may He be exalted, said of them: 'They say: There is no call on us (to keep faith) with these ignorant (pagans)' [Koran 3:75].

"6. Rushing to [commit] sin: [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'And you will see many of them racing one another to [commit] sin and exceed the limits' [Koran 5:62].

"7. Inciting to wars and fitna: [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'Whenever they kindle a fire for war, Allah puts it out' [Koran 5:64].

"8. Breaching covenants and agreements: They are the nation best known for this characteristic. [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'Because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them' [Koran 5:13]. They breached their covenants with the prophets, [including] the Prophet Muhammad, Allah's prayer be upon him, more than once, most famously when they breached their covenant with the Muslims and joined the polytheists on the day the [latter's forces] invaded [Medina]." (According to Muslim tradition, the members of the Kuraish tribe, who were enemies of the Prophet Muhammad in Mecca, convinced the Jews to cooperate with them and to attack on Muhammad in the battle of Al-Khandaq in 627 AD).

"9. Racist tendencies and scorn for the other: They think they are God's Chosen People. [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'And the Jews and the Christians say: We are the sons of Allah and His beloved ones' [Koran 5:18].

"12. Cheating: This is manifest in the story of their fishing for a big fish on the Sabbath, when they are forbidden to work. They cheated when they set the net before the Sabbath with the intent of bringing it in after [the Sabbath]. [Allah,] may He be exalted, said: 'And ask them about the town which stood by the sea; when they exceeded the limits of the Sabbath, when their fish came to them on the day of their Sabbath, appearing on the surface of the water, and on the day on which they did not keep the Sabbath, they did not come to them; thus did We try them because they transgressed' [Koran 7:163].

"13. Argumentativeness: The loathsome manner of their argumentativeness is manifest in the story of the cow and their violation and trickery in the matter of [the cow's] ritual slaughter. Human rights vs islamofascist "rights"

According to Koran-islam only true muslims can be considered real humans. The rest of the world hence belongs to either category two infidels "of the book" and or category three infidels (without "a book" presumably). However, there's also a fourth category which can never reach a fully human level in accordance with Koran-islam. Those are girls and women!

Sex segregation is to be understood as lack of rights because of one’s sex as referred to in the UN Declaration on Human Rights from 1948: "Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in the Human Rights Declaration, without distinction of sex. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty."

This conceptualization may be compared to the sex segregated "rights", in the Cairo declaration from 1990: "All men are equal in terms of basic human dignity and basic obligations and responsibilities, without any discrimination on the grounds of sex."

The main difference between these declarations is that the former is negative, i.e. without room for interpretations and negotiation and due interventions, whereas the latter is positive, i.e. connected to “obligations and responsibilities”. Negative rights are here seen as not synonymous with natural rights, because the latter presumes the existence of certain rights, i.e. is in fact positive, whereas the former does not.

Whereas "entitled all the freedoms" is a negative right, "basic human dignity and basic obligations and basic responsibilities" are all positive rights. Through "responsibilities" negative human rights can easily be restricted & even eliminated.

Furthermore, "in terms of basic human dignity and basic obligations and basic responsibilities" are all tied to some imagined or real basic tenets which may include whatever tradition or belief about segregation that is at hand, i.e. the very opposite to freedom in the original UN charter. The very fact that "obligations and responsibilities" are mentioned and tied to "equal" opens up for inequality on the grounds of sex. If dignity, obligations and responsibilities are coupled to sex it inevitably means that they differ between the sexes.

So when Mary Wollstonecraft wrote A Vindication of the Rights of Woman the Saudi islamofascists were already busy with the opposite task, i.e. the original islam. The evilness in islam is its incompatibility with the core idea of Human Rights, namely that every individual has the same negative rights (freedom from impositions) no matter of sex, beliefs etc. This means, for example, that whereas Human Rights let women decide by themselves, Sharia-islam denies them this right by imposing sex-connected “duties”, “responsibilities” “dignity” etc creepy euphemisms for sexism. Just like when Muslim Brotherhood started calling truthsayers about islam “islamophobes”.

In fact the whole of islam is evil. What people might consider less evil or even good doesn’t belong to islam in any meaningful sense. And had the People of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Fasiqun (rebellious).”

Theoretically anything is possible. So, theoretically, is Islamic reform. But the rest of humanity meanwhile deserves and needs the truth about Islamic expansionism and irredentism, including where and how those beliefs and practices originated.

Yes, you're right, of course she is more electable than muslim born Sharia-islam supporting Mr X "president". Whereas she would defend the Constitution against islam he undermines it for islam. The violent struggle for the leadership of Ummah therefore suggests that sword played a crucial role in the appointment of Caliphs. The bloody streets of Baghdad, Afghanistan, Pakistan and other Muslim countries since the eighties of last century still echo the history of civil war for the leadership in the name of Islam.

Islamofascism

The following excerpts come from supposedly revised books produced in 2010-11.
• From a Grade 8 text: “The Apes are the people of the Sabbath, the Jews; the Swine are the infidels of the communion of Jesus, the Christians.”
• Suggested lesson for Grade 8 class: As an exercise, students can spend time listing “Jews’ condemnable qualities.”
• From a Grade 10 text concerning the vicious anti-Semitic tract The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, written in 19th-century Czarist Russia: “These are secret decisions that aim at achieving Jewish domination of the world. They were exposed in the 19th century and the Jews have tried to deny them, but evidence exists to prove their validity and their reproduction by the Elders of Zion.”
• For Grade 11: “Baha’ism: is one of the most destructive esoteric sects in the modern age.”
Ms. Shea said the books are often exported by the Saudi education ministry to poor Muslim communities around the world who need textbooks.
Last year, the BBC said they were being used by 5,000 Muslim students in Britain. Some of them have turned up in Islamic schools in the U.S., she said.
And because the texts are posted online, they are easily available.
Ms. Shea is especially critical of the U.S. State Department for not exerting enough pressure on the Saudis to change the texts. It talks about getting the Saudis to reform, but does little, she says.
In the latest report, her fourth on the subject, she says four years ago the Saudis gave a “solemn promise” to undertake a program of reform to “eliminate all passages that disparage or promote hatred toward any religion or religious groups.”
“I think it is a lack of guts and a certain amount of naiveté because [State Department] staffers believe what the Saudis tell them. But in the end we’re hooked on their oil, that’s what it comes down to.”
A spokesman from the State Department refused to respond.

Btw, not only the social state but also other parts of the public sector possess characteristics not always so evident for the public itself. Take for example the boss of the firemen who hindered one of his men from rescuing a child because it would have violated the fireman's work safety rules. Moreover, the same authority could also hinder the public from trying to rescue the child simply because the responsibility of the fire struck property is now considered as temporarily belonging to the fire department. This problem is at the heart of the publicly tax financed public sector. And the tendency is clear, the more the public sector grows the more egoistic it becomes. And unlike corporations it hasn't to prove its quality nor to make profit other than for itself (again read Angels of Antichrist and you will understand this).

However, the question remains, what marriage is it we are talking about. Certainly not a religious one!?

Did islamic jihadism assist the rape, torture, murder and beheading of Meredith Kercher?

December 06, 2009 (when he learned about the case) Klevius wrote: "It was probably islam, not Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito, who murdered Meredith Kercher". It seems that this standpoint has become even stronger.

Amanda Knox is rightly freed but why is Guede's (with Kercher's blood on his hands and fingers in her vagina) sentence reduced to 16 years while the prosecutor demanded prolonged sentence (lifetime) for Knox who wasn't even there?! Was it PC, i.e. because Knox was a white American and Guede a black African?!

I was equally unsure about the court's capability as was Knox seconds before the verdict. This uncertainty and subsequent enormous relief we both shared although my only stake in it was that the story might have otherwise rotten, together with Knox herself, in an Italian prison.

The indicies against islam are overwhelming (although most of media also has a lot of Kercher's blood and suffering on its hands):
Perugia (some 160,000+ inhabitants) is a known muslim jihadist and islamic al-Qaeda center with the main mosque attracting some 10,0000+ visitors.

The ongoing desperate effort to free islam from its evil self reflects islam's very origin. They were reported as warning the electorate that voting for Jonathan was voting against Islam .

In November 1989, three years after throwing Nigeria into the orbit of Arab world via the Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC), the facilitator (former military President Ibrahim Babangida) organised a conference in Abuja made up of 24 African countries. The group gathered under the title “Islam in Africa Organisation” (IOA) and at the end of the gathering, one of Nigerian delegates was so elated and was credited as saying “We are ready to go to any length to get SHARIA established in this country (Nigeria) whether we are alive or dead.”

In the light of foregoing, President Jonathan should not be deluded into believing that members of the Boko Haram are the only menace in the present scheme of things. They are mere puppets in the hands of some forces that are after the downfall and subjugation of this country.

In a six-point resolution, they were directed to deal decisively with Christians in their fields of endeavour.

Reprimand therefore awaits any Muslim who dares to point out any member of Boko Haram. Outright elimination is hanging like sword of “Damocles” ‘on those who have aversion to the atrocities going on around them.

The Cairo Declaration on “Human Rights” in Islam (CDHRI) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) together constitute the racist/sexist islamist world Umma/Sharia caliphate that heavily violates the most important aspects of Human Rights.

CDHRI, boosted by its islamofascist Turkish/Saudi led organization OIC, is a medieval Leviathan that wants to forever keep women below men (sexism/sex segregation) and muslim men above all other humans (racism/supremacism). Sadly, this evil package has a certain allure not only to many racist/sexist men with low moral standards (or simply ignorance in the issue), but also to women who naively only see what they think are “positive” aspects of sexism/sex segregation. An example of the latter is muslim women who veil themselves to avoid rape etc. and then feel “good” when the non-veiled “whores” are raped/intimidated by their criminal muslim brethrens.

Despite a universalist language akin to the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, OIC’s CDHRI expresses islamic particularity/Sharia. CDHRI emphasizes the Quran, sharia and aspects of the Islamic faith that appear on no other similar international list. The CDHRI concludes in article 24 and 25 that all rights and freedoms mentioned are subject to the islamist Shariah, which is the declaration's sole source. The CDHRI declares "true religion" to be the "guarantee for enhancing such dignity along the path to human integrity". It also places the responsibility for defending those rights upon the entire Ummah.

CDHRI avoids discussing freedom of religion, assembly, association or the requirement of free consent to marriage, the right to a fair trial, prisoners' rights, minority rights, the right to a nationality, suffrage, social security, trade unions, strikes or participation in cultural life. CDHRI also includes several crucial limitations, including all rights being bound by islamic Sharia; it allows the right to take a life, inflict bodily harm, that the education of children be in accordance with sharia, that there are rights that can be claimed from children or kin, restriction on freedom of movement and the ability to deny refugees protection whenever permitted by Sharia.

The CDHRI has been criticized for being implemented by a set of states with widely disparate religious policies and practices who had "a shared interest in disarming international criticism of their domestic human rights record."
Article 24 of the declaration states: "All the rights and freedoms stipulated in this Declaration are subject to the islamist Sharia." Article 19 also says: "There shall be no crime or punishment except as provided for in the Sharia."
The CDHRI has been criticised for failing to guarantee freedom of religion as a "fundamental and nonderogable right".

In a joint written statement submitted by the International Humanist and Ethical Union (IHEU), a non-governmental organization in special consultative status, the Association for World Education (AWE) and the Association of World Citizens (AWC): a number of concerns were raised, that the CDHRI limits Human Rights, Religious Freedom and Freedom of Expression. It concludes: "The Cairo Declaration of Human Rights in Islam is clearly an attempt to limit the rights enshrined in the UDHR and the International Covenants. It can in no sense be seen as complementary to the Universal Declaration."

The Centre for Inquiry in September 2008 in an article to the United Nations writes that the CDHRI: "undermines equality of persons and freedom of expression and religion by imposing restrictions on nearly every human right based on Islamic Sharia law."

Rhona Smith writes that because the CDHRI's reference to Shariah implies an inherent degree of superiority of men.
Adama Dieng, a member of the International Commission of Jurists, criticised the CDHRI. He argued that the declaration gravely threatens the inter-cultural consensus on which the international human rights instruments are based; that it introduces intolerable discrimination against non-Muslims and women. He further argued that the CDHRI reveals a deliberately restrictive character in regard to certain fundamental rights and freedoms, to the point that certain essential provisions are below the legal standards in effect in a number of Muslim countries; it uses the cover of the "Islamic Shari'a (Law)" to justify the legitimacy of practices, such as corporal punishment, which attack the integrity and dignity of the human being.

Klevius concluding remarks: It's very simple. Negative rights guard the boundaries for further impositions by positive "rights". Meaning, for example, that ideological impositions on women (sex segregation) which are not only fully accepted in ALL of islam but also compulsory, are completely lacking in the negative part of the true Human Rights. However, due to an ideological flaw in socialism (inherited from Marx) socialist parties and individuals have always had a problem with negative rights. It seems that only Klevius, OIC and the so called "radical islamists" have fully realized the unbridgeable gap between Human Rights and islam/Sharia.

McCain reflects a widespread ignorance when he naively quotes Libya's new draft Sharia constitution: "...the state will guarantee the rights and empowerment of women in all legal, political, economic and cultural spheres".

Klevius clarification: In Sharia (i.e.OIC's Cairo declaration on islamic "human rights") it's stated already in the preamble that obligations and duties have priority over rights. This is the very opposite to the universal and individual freedom that is embedded in the Negative Human Rights in the original UN declaration.

Art 1 Cairo declaration (Sharia) adopted by OIC: All men are equal in terms of basic human dignity and basic obligations and responsibilities, without any discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, language, sex, religious belief, political affiliation, social status or other considerations.

Klevius comment: The treacherous phrase "in terms of human dignity and basic obligations and responsibilities" is lacking in the real Human Rights.

Article 5 (a) of the Cairo declaration (Sharia): The family is the foundation of society, and marriage is the basis of its formation. Men and women have the right to marriage, and no restrictions stemming from race, colour or nationality shall prevent them from enjoying this right

Klevius comment: Note that both 'sex' and 'religion' are missing from "no restrictions stemming from race, color or nationality"!

These are just two example about women, but the same counts for infidels.
